Hello folks! As this newsletter’s title informs, today is indeed my birthday. Thirty-one bloody years. Wow. When you think about how much happens in a single day, let alone 365 of them, it really is crazy to think I’ve now been on this planet for 31 years, or 11,322 days.

That is of course no small task, because let’s be honest, there’s an endless amount of noise and nonsense that distracts us from what’s natural and important. That said, how we respond to internal and external conflict is and will always be up to us.
