Salary: $165,000-$175,000
Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience in managing and inspiring other journalists, including other managers, with kindness and fairness; Thorough understanding of SEO, metrics, engagement strategies, and common tools such as Chartbeat and Google Analytics; Demonstrated ability conceiving, explaining and implementing change strategies and methodically measuring results; Experience running news apps teams and developers is a major plus.
